Because our inventory consists of one-of-a-kind vintage items, we ask that you review all product descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

14-Day Store Credit Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. All approved returns are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds or exchanges will be offered.

• Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  
• Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at ivorytowervintage@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. 

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ivory Tower is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 5 business days. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase.
